About me

Hi! I'm Tiffany. I am a certified postpartum doula with DONA International, and a lactation counselor currently being certified by ALPP, serving families in Hilo and around the Big Island of Hawai'i.

My journey into postpartum care began after the birth of my first baby, when I trained as a doula and quickly fell in love with supporting new mothers. As motherhood unfolded (and another baby arrived!), I stepped back to focus on raising my family and our small business. 

Twelve years later, I find myself returning to this work with even deeper compassion, wisdom, and desire to serve. 

My own early postpartum years were marked by severe anxiety that went unrecognized for far too long. That experience awakened in me a deep calling to help others feel seen, supported, and safe in the tender early years of parenthood and beyond. I believe that when parents are truly cared for in the postpartum season, the positive effects ripple outward through families, communities, and the future generations of our world!

In addition to doula certification, I am continuing my education in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International as well as Polyvagal-informed somatic practitioner training through the Polyvagal Institute. Once I have completed my education, I will have many tools under my belt to help my clients, but I am also well aware that sometimes, all we need is someone to sit with us, hold our hand, and listen.
